REJUVENATE Women’s Retreat has been created for you to reconnect with yourself, release self sabotaging patterns, and rejuvenate your relationships! I knew I had childhood wounds going into this retreat, but what I didn't expect was to actually feel the layers healing. The inner child meditation cracked me wide open, I was a blubbering mess but it felt so incredible to meet the needs of little me.
I wasn't sure what to expect going to the retreat, but I trusted Nikki and here ability to help people heal.
The Breathwork session and the relationship rejuvenation workshop were the most intense parts for me. I could feel the shift within myself after each of these sessions.

The wounded inner child may have difficulty controlling their emotions, and frequently feels guilty when they feel a “negative” emotion like anger or sadness. Feeling these emotions without judgement and processing them as they occur will provide more balanced with emotions associated with every day triggers.
Do you find that no matter what you do, nothing is good enough for that inner critic? The critic finds a way to judge you, criticise you or beat you up about every thing you do. The journey of healing the inner child helps turn the volume down on the inner critic and strengthens your self compassion.
In this '12-week Deep Dive Inner Child Healing Journey', we use the power of Breathwork, visualisation and mediation to unlock the subconscious mind.
This immersion will guide you through meeting/reconnecting with your inner child and strengthen your ability to meet your own emotional needs.

Emotional Consciousness
This four step program will assist you to work through triggering situations and shift away from recurring stuck emotions in your body. This program is designed to ease the discomfort of painful or uncomfortable emotions while empowering you to take back control over how you feel and move you into alignment with your authentic self.
I am so blessed to have found Nikki! She has taught me so much about healing the inner child. The layers I have healed so far have completely changed my relationship with men and I am now in a longer term, healthy relationship with the love of my life.
